My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and intended to meet you where you are to facilitate positive change. I use many different modalities including Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Prior to becoming a therapist and career counselor, I worked for many years in non-profit development and law. My work is informed by the tools that have helped me on my own journey, including yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.
