  • Insurance

    All services are self-pay and insurance is not accepted.

  • Payment

    Payment is required at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover).

  • Cancellation

    I reserve your appointment time just for you. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session.
